I would rate 0 if theres an option. Very disappointed.My family and I was there 5 days ago. We were keen to buy lots of honey to bring overseas. Super excited at first to see the shop thinking we dont have to drive all the way to Launceston to buy some famous honey brands. - First expression to the shop, 2 staff (one was sitting on the sofa quickly run to the counter and stand) in the shop showing no interest in selling or explaining their products. I didnt remember being greet by either one of them or being asked if we needed help.- After the first 5 mins in the shop, the one who was sitting on the couch quickly ran back to the couch and grab her phone back to the counter. The 2 of them both then stayed on the phone.- I asked for some help by looking at them both, it took around 40s for them to look at each other before one decided to come over to see what i need.- Luckily i know honey well enough to see that she has no idea of what shes selling in the shop.I did take a photo of the 2 staff who show no interest in doing their work while there are customers in the shop. I really hope the owner knows whats going on with their staff because this is an absolute waste of money and its killing their brand image. I want to upload the photo if there is an option to attach photo in this review !!!!! If you are curious i have added the photo of them playing on the phone for the entire 20mins while we at the shop.
